“Dee and Friends in Oz” on Netflix

We recently wrapped Audio Post a new Netflix series, “Dee & Friends in Oz”. Our good friends at 9 Story and Brown Bag Films reimagined Oz for a new generation. The series premieres on Netflix in 2024. Beatstreet’s Matt Longoria mixed the series and David Britton handled the Sound Design.

‘Anna & Friends’ at Beatstreet

We just finished a collaboration with Superprod Animation, Paris for the recording of 78 episodes of the preschool series, Anna & Friends. The preschool series features five inseparable friends celebrating the power of friendship. Beatstreet’s Yvelisse Reyes casted the series. Matt Longoria directed the voice talent and Max Bell engineered and assembled the episodes.

Sigourney Weaver Records for James Cameron Short Film, “Not Reality TV”

Beatstreet hosted Sigourney Weaver in mid-September for a VO recording session for “Not Reality TV.” The short film, directed by James Cameron, was brought to the spotlight at the Democratic National Convention, where Weaver spoke on the severity of climate change, and introduced the short. She serves as narrator for the short.

Sound Design in Full-Gear on Nickelodeon’s “Welcome to the Wayne”

Episode 1 of “Welcome to the Wayne” has arrived, and our post-production team is busy churning out the soundscape for the new Nickelodeon TV series. Pictured, Bobb Barito and Demitrio Albano get creative, recording Lego’s for an action-packed episode, filled with sound-driven moments.

‘The Simpsons’ Recording Session, with Neil DeGrasse Tyson & Robert McKee

On August, 16th, Beatstreet recorded VO with astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson and Robert McKee for an intergalactic episode of ‘The Simpsons’. The episode, “The Caper Chase,” with Tyson and McKee, is set to air this Spring on FOX.

Fusion Renews ‘The Chris Gethard Show’ for a 10-Episode Season of Hourlong Episodes

In an announcement to fans on Periscope, Gethard revealed that Fusion has not only renewed the show for another 10-episode season, but each episode will be extended from 30 minutes to an hour. Dee Snider and Giuliana Rancic came in for vocals on “Silent Night”. The song will be part of Dee’s Musical Production “A Rock And Roll Christmas Tale” debuting in Nov ’14. Jim Cramer Marathon

Jim Cramer, the grizzled stock veteran and host of CNBC’s Mad Money camped out for several weekends at Beatstreet, recording his latest book “Get Rich Carefully,” for Penguin Random House Audio. Jim’s stamina was amazing, recording 9 hour sessions – standing! Kevin Thompsen directed the project with Beatstreet’s Jared O’Connell and Ryan Lysy engineering.
