“12 Days of Elves”
Many of you know Beatstreet for our work on wholesome children’s television. This one, not so much… ‘Tis the season! Sound design for the action-comedy cartoon was completed by Bobb Barito, of Beatstreet.

Big congratulations are in order to our friends at The Electric Company for the two Emmys they added to their collection this June! The PBS series took home its third-consecutive Emmy for “Outstanding Children’s Series”. Beatstreet had the honor of once-again being nominated for our sound editing work for the show’s third season. In July, we provided music and audio post for the show’s fourth season as well as voiceovers for the show’s award-winning website.
We’re about to wrap post-production on season 3 of Nick Jr’s Team Umizoomi while simultaneously beginning production on the show’s fourth season. We couldn’t be happier about the show’s prolonged success and we look forward to another round of shows in season 4!
Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to handle post-production on the latest season of comedian, Jon Glaser’s more adult-friendly show, Delocated. We had a blast working with Jon and the folks at Running Man Post on the show’s third season, currently airing during Cartoon Network’s, Adult Swim block. We’ll let John tell you all about the new season in this promo, filmed at Beatstreet!
We began work on a beautiful new animated series from Misseri Studios and Sony Creative Products, called Mofy. The series’ unique look comes from the Misseri’s use of only cotton balls to animate the characters and their surroundings. We’ve been handling all the post of the series’ 26 x 5-minute episodes with composer Doug Katsaros providing a gorgeous score and mixer/sound-designer Matt Longoria adding numerous layers of foley-ed sound design to his mixes. We previously worked with the Misseri’s on two seasons of Bert And Ernie’s Great Adventure which currently airs on Sesame Street. Check out one of our favorite episodes:
Rock-icon and friend of Beatstreet, Dee Snider, recently enlisted our help in tracking some high-profile, guest vocalists for his new metal-meets-musical-theatre record, Dee Does Broadway. Dee brought in a myriad of talents including Cyndi Lauper, Clay Aiken, Patti Lupone, & Bebe Neuwirth to duet with him on the record, which is out now. Check out Dee and Cyndi’s take on “Hey, Big Spender.”
